Returns

We accept returns for most products under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used cosmetics.
  • Items marked as "final sale."
  • Gift cards.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our Customer Service at support@cosmeticcove.lk with your order details.
  • Upon approval, ship the item(s) back to our return address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only issued for products that meet our return policy criteria.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).

    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the item as per our return policy and place a new order.

    Defective or Damaged Products

    If you receive a defective or damaged product:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide proof of damage (e.g., photos of the item and packaging).
    • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
